Shipping/Postage
We currently only post/ship in the United States.
We process orders Monday-Friday excluding US Holidays. Orders typically take 1-3 business days of receipt to process. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless another shipping speed is selected at checkout or you contact us about other shipping options.
UPS Ground packages can take anywhere between 1 and 5 business days to reach its destination. Please note ground packages are not guaranteed to arrive on any date posted on our website. Any dates provided at checkout on a ground shipped package are only meant for a general idea of when to expect a package.
Additionally, due to COVID-19, UPS is not guaranteeing delivery on expedited packages. For example, if you choose next day air and we get it out in time does not mean UPS will get it to you by next day, and unfortunately, they will not refund the shipping to us if they do not make your requested deadline so we cannot absorb the cost for their mistake. Once an order has been packaged and sent out our website will notify you that it has been shipped and any updates along the way and the speed to which it arrives is in the hands of the shipping provider. We will always help in anyway we can but as the receive, you would need to reach out to the carrier with your tracking information for regular updates and questions about the arrival of a package.
Your tracking number will be available in your order history as well as via your shipment email. However, please feel free to reach out to us anytime.
Local Pick Up
Local pickup is available via checkout when you select ‘local pickup’ as the shipping method. Orders are available for retrieval from our warehouse Monday through Friday from 10am till 4pm EST.
Please note you will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up. You can pickup your order anytime during our open hours and do not need to set an appointment for collection.

Orders much be processed and marked as completed online prior to collection. You will receive an email titled ‘Your order is now ready for pickup!’
Please note we do not have a shop front at our studio and we only process sales online. Additionally, you cannot order p to take home the same day on site. Lastly, we share this space with our sister company Friendlily Press and ask that you respect their space when picking up your order. We will happily show you samples during your visit to help you with future orders.
